Please note that QlikView NPrinting 16 is no more supported. I strongly suggest you to migrate to Qlik NPrinting 17+, latest version is November 2020.

You cannot apply a filter directly in a level, you have to create a filter with the formula you need and apply it to the report, the task, the user or the object based on your needs.
