You should be able to find most of what you need on the NPrinting Community homepage in the QlikView NPrinting Resources section on the left side.

There are also On-Demand project files and QVWs in our training repository (see NPrinting Training Material‌ for links). And the advanced training webinar recording in the same link shows some basic On-Demand object configuration.
