Not able to download On Demand Report

Hi,

I have added On Demand features to one of my QlikView NPrinting reports. Through Admin roles I am able to download reports very well but with User Roles created giving access to On Demand reports - Create and Published reports section of Apps, I am still not able to download it, if I give Admin access to that user then I can get my report download, please let me know about options which I need to give access to a user to view and download reports through On-Demand apart from what I have implemented.

The permissions to enable on demand reports are a bit more extensive.
