Npriniting multiple Clicks to Login for Non -NTLM Users

Hello All, We are on Nprinting May 2023 Patch3 and seeing an issue with cloud setup on AWS. it is by designed configured to not to support the NTML single sign on. we want user to log in and access the portal.

When user click on the windows login it pops up the login window and user enter the credentials. it doesn't go through and takes back to the login screen. User will have to click again on Windows and it works without re-entering the credential. in this overall process user has to click twice on window icon to get into portal. this behavior is not as expected.

does anyone have any solution to it?

Did you make a mistake when describing your problem?

you wrote: "it is by designed configured to not to support the NTML single sign on" and still you want to use NTLM Windows authentication. If that is not supported in your setup then what do you expect?
