Nprinting 2019 qvp session doesnt open multiple session of APP

We are moving away from Nprinting 16 to November 2019. We are noticing new nprinting is slower . We have upgraded or qlikview and nprinting servers as per Qlik suggestions.

Also we have ensured 12 CPU Can run in parallel. We have followed Qlik instructions of unsupported objects and have removed them from Qlik file but we didnt see any gain.

Also we have noticed that when we run different reports from the same app, in the admin plan only one QVP session is opened. It seems that the report runs sequentially for the same app. The run time of all reports within the same app is the same.

can anyone help on this

Hi,

• first of all please use properly labels. You have chosen Label without indicating the exact version of NPrinting you are using.
• I also suggest in your description to always state the exact version of QlikView 
• regarding qvw - there is a lot what can be done on qvw side by optimizing datamodel, expressions, minimizing all objects, removing all caption expressions etc etc.. there is a lot. Also there are settings which need to be properly done on Document properties --> Server page. Can you share the settings/screenshot from there.
• regarding CPU - the recommendation is that  Nprinting server/engine is installed on dedicated box with max 12 CPU and uses dedicated account for nprinting service.

If all above is setup and done properly and still does not work I suggest you contact support and let them investigate issue

Hi,

I agrrewith @Lech_Miszkiewicz and I would like to suggest you to disable the Enable Push from Server flag as already suggested in a previous community post.

I suppose this will be supported in a future version but I don't have more information at the moment.
