Nprinting Designer popup is not showing when clicking on edit template button

Hi,

When trying to click edit template button the NPrinting Designer popup is not coming also the template is not opening.     I have admin access. PFA

When clicking on edit template it's greyed out but designer is not opening.

May be try few things like these - 

1. Regenerate meta data in case connection has any problem.

2. From task manager, delete designer task/excel task and re-try clicking on edit template

3. Restart machine and try again

If nothing from above works, then share some more info like, is this the only report has issues, image of connection status etc...

I will say:

• Nprinting designer is not installed on that machine?
• or it is already opened (check if it is not running in background processes)
• reboot pc where designer is installed
