Nprinting : HTML report

I am creating one HTML report and taking direct images of pivot table from application but I am not able to get border line of straight table in mail body.

have you checked the keep source formatting in Qlikview ?

or if your converting the excel or PPt to HTML you can add the borders directly in NPritning

try like this :

1.Select the image object in the NPriting template

2.click on the Toolbar option in the top

3.Check for the border option and add

Where I can get toolbar option in NPriting template?

I am selecting report > HTML report > edit >edit

But I am not getting that option.

And In my source application there have this issue I means in qvw file am not getting border line for straight table and that's why it is not showing in nprinting.

Below attache is from qlikview application there is no border line left side as well as top side

Hi Prashanth,

I cannot reproduce this behaviour. Images should come through as if you performed RMB > Copy to Clipboard > Image on the object in the QVW file. That is why very often it is not sufficient to just post a picture in your query. Please attach a QVW containing the chart (Pivot table) and NPrinting project including relevant template files.

Try to add the border tag in the HTML code like this

<img src="%%Yourchart ID%%" alt="Smiley face" border="5">

In my desktop I have installed qlikview there I  can see border but in my server I can not see border for straight / pivot table.

Try to increase the border size of the object in Qlikview.

Go to chart properties > Layout > borders > increase the width to 3 or more than check the appearance in the web view mode..

and also check whether  any other object is overlapping on the current object
