Nprinting: Interactive Service Detection,

Hi.

Nprinting is running, the Interactive Service Detection screen is displayed,

Disable the service but it still appears.

How to solve it ??

Server:          Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard  Service Pack1

                   

QlikView :      (SBE) Version 11.20 SR15,

Nprinting:      Version: 17.2.0.0
