Nprinting PDF Formatting

I am trying to output a PDF using NPrinting 16. In each case, the first page of the PDF is not formatted correctly. Any help appreciated.

What is the desired output and what is the result using NPrinting?

Hi Stephen,

As mentioned in the question, the output is a PDF and the result is compressed text and line spacing.
