We have been getting "Failed to send email for user 'username' {userid}. ERROR: This sender is not allowed to send mail." error with several tasks. Weird thing is tasks do not even use the said user as sender. We use our default email sender, which works for most of the tasks, but with some others this error gets thrown..
I am using Qlik NPrinting February 2021 SR1.
Any suggestion is appreciated.
This error log may be indicating a log message actually sent by your email server.
I suggest that you start by letting your email server admin look into 'username' in question to ensure that specific user is not being blocked or restricted in some way by the email server.

I think it is and SMTP server issue. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Set-up-emai... for the most common issues related to SMTP. Qlik NPrinting is capturing the SMTP error and copying in the logs.
