Hello everyone,
I have been creating a html report. It is embedded in email messages. The only issue is that if a run the report as a preview, so as a html file the iframe object shows up (it is a embedded video from Youtube); instead when I send out the email, once I receive the email, the iframe object does not show up.
Is there a limit in embedding the iframe object in the email message? It is not supported in last NPrinting version?
Thank you,
Francesco
Hi,
Check the source code of the email you received to be sure it is ok with the iframe. I did a test and Qlik NPrinting is sending the correct source code.
I suspect that the limitation is on the email client that you are using to open the email. If you search online you will see that only some clients supports iframe.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Grazie Ruggero for your quick answer.
I see that the community discourages to use iframe embedded in email.
As a workaround I have created a button in html format that links to the youtube video link. So it will show up as attached link to the email.
I will use the iframe if I need to create a html file to be published as a website.
Thank you,
Francesco
