Nprinting field changing from template to preview

Someone please help!

I have a field from a table (left image) that I pull into my Nprinting Excel template but when I preview it, it shows a different field and value (right image)!

When I preview the entire table, the values match the labels.

I tried deleting rows in case it was a format issue but this doesn't seem like a format issue. Please help!

Hi,

Go to your Qlik document and check if the source table has any conditionally hidden columns in it.

I am sure it does have hidden columns!

Please unhide your columns,refresh metadata, update all your template entities and try again.

I don't see any hidden columns.

And why would that change the field value?

well - you are only showing measure here.. There are other columns (dimensions) and condition to hide/show column can be created in 3 different views:

• the one you have on screenshot
• in expression section as a property of each measure
• in dimension section on property of each dimension

Why would this change?

• because layout of columns changes

From your screenshot i can tell that you have a lot more columns in the source table... for nprinting make sure all columns are ALWAYS ON/VISIBLE!
