Nprinting report from Qlik Sense

Hello,

I am not sure if this topic was already discussed but I need help.
I have report created from Qlik Sense and I need to send via Nprinting as attachement to chosen users. I've made connection with Qlik Sense but it contains only empty input files for report in .zip format.

Can you help me please?

First you should preview your report in the NPrinting Template editor. I suggest removing cycling and adding a report filter temporarily so that your report does not take a long time to produce and can be previewed quickly this way.

Is there any output in the previewed report? If not then you need to check that you have added valid object to the NP report template. Those objects should be visible in the QS hub and should not be master items (master items do not have object IDs and as such cannot be used by NPrinting). Also refresh your NPrinting metadata connection to ensure you have the most up to date objects from the QS app to work with.

In order to send user reports to specific individuals by email, you may follow the instructions here:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation...

If you are using the 'cycle' feature, note that reports may be zipped as per the following:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Cycling-your...

If you are distributing html reports, note that the default output format is .zip which must be opened and the html file inside must be clicked to view the report.

See report formats here:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2018/Content/NPrinting/DistributionSchedulesAutomation...

If using HTML you might consider embedding html reports directly in the destination email within the publish task
