Operations Monitor Error

This was running fine on Friday.  However, this morning it will not reload.

Appears to be getting an error in the sub routine called MonitorAppReloadStats

I have attached the task window.  Doesn't really tell you anything though.

When you try to run the app you get an error that says ' Unsupported File Format'.

Nothing should have changed over the weekend that I am aware of.

We are running QS 3.1
