Hello. I have stright table. I use only one field from this stright table. I would like change vertical orientation of field to horizontal orientation. How can I realised this case? I neet only one field and I can not use pivot table(((
I'm afraid that there are not so many alternatives.
I see only two:
1- Use the straight differently in QlikView by
a. configure sort for the dimension you have to use as you prefer
b. hide any other expression ("hide column" check in the presentation tab) and remove totals ("Total mode" in Expression tab)
c. enable "Horizontal" check in the presentation tab
d. use the chart as image in the NP Template. You cannot use the column as a table column since the export from QlikView doesn't maintain the horizontal property when exporting.
2- ONLY IF THE AMOUNT OF VALUES TO EXPORT IS KNOWN: extract the column values exploiting the Cell feature in the NP template. In this way you will be able to place the single tags horizontally.
