PDFs often show filepath instead of an image

Hi, I wanted to post this in the Nprinting forum but the Check Title button can't be clicked.

I have this strange issue with NP 16.7 where an image will sometimes render properly, but often it renders the filepath instead. This was never a problem before but it is very common now.

The object used is a text box and the expression is 

=if(isNull(maxstring({<HomeAway={'H'}>}[TeamLogo])),

'D:\QLIKVIEW\LIVE\IMAGES\Product_Reports_Football\blank_logo.png',

maxstring({<HomeAway={'H'}>}[Team Logo]))

In the QVW the blank_logo images load every time for every dataset where there is no TeamLogo. The expression is also used in a seperate text box where HomeAway is A and sometimes you get both H and A with blank logos where both work, one of the two works, or neither does. If a TeamLogo exists it will always render that logo (which is also a filepath in the table linking the image).

Hi AyCe1082,

NPrinting 16 is longer not supported. Would it be possible for you to upgrade to NPrinting 21?
