Pivot got shrink in email body in Nprinting email report

Hi, 

We are trying to publish attached pivot using email , embedded in email body.  But instead of same view everything got merged while we receive n printing email. How to correct this. 

Point 1) First pivot has Q1 merged and Q2 (runing Qtr) is not merged. This is required and saved in Qlik sense report.

Point 2) All drill downs got merged itself while we got n printing email same as 2nd pivot. Getting this instead of above view. 

Point 3) If we select fully expanded view, then it works fine.  But that don't require. Q1 should be merged.

Hi,

First of all September 2019 is a very old version no more supported so I strongly suggest you to upgrade to latest available version.

In Qlik NPrinting you cannot export some columns of a Qlik Sense pivot table expanded and some other merged because this setting is not stored in the Qlik Sense Engine that is the part which communicate with Qlik NPrinting. You have to compress or expand all columns.
