I am shooting emails via Nprinting and the following problem is occurring:
When reports are generated for emailing, a representative is receiving data from another representative Notes: This happened more than once and always with different representatives All filters are correct, there is no change in the data. The connection of the Qlikview App to Nprinting is as QVP Before, a local connection was made from the App Qlikview to Nprinting and the same problem mentioned above occurred. When generating the files without the e-mail trigger, the problem persists Within all the reports generated, only one presents the error and every time a new shot is made, which representative presents the error. Environment: A Qlikview application was created with only the data for Nprinting reports This Qlikview app is reading Binary from the Production app
you may want to specify the exact versions of software you are using and provide little bit more light on how are you sure that filters are correct.
The scenario you are describing is indicating that there is something wrong with your filters and I am assuming you may not be even aware of it.
It would require investigation down to understanding how you crete filters, how you associate filters with reps, whether you are using correct connections for abovementioned as well as whether you consider any possible intersecting filters to be a cause of the problem.
Issue described by you is something I never heard of (or if I heard was due to human error and wrong filters, or wrong datatype on filter or simply wrong NPrinting understanding).
So to be able to help you we would need quite details description on all the aspects starting from your Qlik datamodel, through connection, through filters, users, report structure and publish task structure.
