Hi Sahra,

it would help if you posted more information - logs of the failing applications.

As a quick check - under what user are these services running? Does it meet the user account requirements?

Did you follow the Installation guide?

Some of the requirements (e.g. dedicated user) do not create errors when installing but can cause trouble later.
