Problemt with NPrinting 17.0 SR1

Hello Comunity,

i have a big problem with sending e-mails

N Printing works fine, no problems with the installation or other settings.

I creat a Report and i see it on the NewsStand ( Qlikview Report in a PDF File).

So now to the problem i want to sent the report in a Mail to my employee.

I saw here many people have a problem with SMTP and i cheked all and its all corret. I test it with google Mail with Outlook 365 and with other mail hoster. I have no errormessages about SMTP or E-Mail log in etc.

I found this on my shedulee log data.

Its sending for bucket but i get bo e -mail

Some one a idea ?

Hi Michael,

NPrinting has sent the e-mail on to your SMTP server using the details entered in E-mail settings. Now you need to check your SMTP server log to see what is going on. Contact your SMTP server administrator.

Hi djk,

i checked all logs today again and maybe i found the problem.

Maybe its our firewall i checked it and give feed back when this is the problem.

Ok so there are two problems.

First the Firewall blocks the connection to the port.

And after then the SMTP Server has a problem to forward the E-Mail.

Now im waiting of the SMTP Server admin.

Ok so i checked it.

i have 3 mail adresses.

One is from Office 365 and the others from a other host.

example:

test@testother.com (nprinting mail) to test2@testother.com works.

but test@testother.com (nprinting mail) to test@office365.com is not working
