QVP data connection - Error within WithSession method of SessionManager

I have a QVP data connection to a file with Section access. I specify an account that has access to this document, however the connection fails with:

"Error

Request has been purged due to connection errors"

In the log file I get:

"Error within WithSession method of SessionManager

No row with the given identifier exists[Qlik.NPrinting.Repo.Model.DataConnection#661528fa-76f1-4fc6-8d7e-0133ad7f9b3b]"

Any ideas or pointers would be helpful.

I'm using 17.1.2,
