Last week we installed Qlik Nprinting on two devices, on one it works and on the other we still get this error message:
we've tried various solutions from your site, like these below (also reinstallation of Office 365, Qlik Nprinting…):
Unfortunately, despite all our efforts, we could not start the program, it keeps reporting the same error. We have found that the difference between the computer where Qlik Nprinting works and doesn't work is Office365 version (works with M365 1808 (10730.20360), does not work with version M365 2211 (15831.20252). Could this be the cause of the problems?

Since you are saying you have done everything as per documentation there is not much we can add to it.
?Have you opened support ticket regarding this?

If you already follow all the steps in previous article open a support ticket. The most frequent solution is to reinstall Office locally and the Designer.
Office 365 is supported https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-req... if it is a local installation or a Click-to-Run. Office 365 Web is not supported.
