Qlik NPrinting - Error Connection Object Reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi guys

I'm having trouble generating a connection cache for a QlikSense app. It generates the following error (Object Reference not set to an instance of an object)

It is a QlikSense app already published, but if I duplicate the app and try to create the connection to the duplicate app there is no problem in the cache generation.

I need to generate the connection to this published App. This is Qlik NPrinting 17.2.1

I am getting the same from a qlikview 12.10.6 app with NPrinting 17.3.1
