Qlik NPrinting LDAP

Hi all,

I'm using LDAP for NPrinting for all the users that need reports. Apart from that, I have a user developer, so all my users will have the same role.

Do you know is there any option on LDAP import task to "hardcode" a role? For example, the role User.

Thank you

Hi,

You cannot set a default value during import in the meaning that all imported users will have that role.

You can create a domain group with the same name as the security role in Qlik NPrinting, associate that domain group to the users and se the Role Membership field in the LDAP import https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Import-Users-Fi...

Best Regards,

Ruggero
