Qlik NPrinting sep 18 the preview process cause the engine to stop with no specific reason

Hi NP folks,

did anyone encountered with this kind of situation:
i'm connecting to qv doc, 4mb size, no obstáculos like triggers or web view mode, and when i'm trying to preview the report (no matter the kind of format) the engine service stops (with no specific reason in the logs).
i'm using qvp connection,when i'm using local connection it's fine.
i'm out of ideas how to resolve the problem, any suggestions ?

Are you able to confirm that Qlik NPrinting Server and Qlik NPrinting Engine are using the same version?

The easiest way to confirm this would be look via Control Panel.

Are you able to share the Log Files here to show if any error messages are occurring?

They are located here: C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs
