Qlik Sense Update - NPrinting Update needed?

Hello together,

Unfortunately I can't find any helpful information in the Qlik Sense help.

What is the procedure when a Qlik Sense update is performed (e.g. at service release level)?

Is it always necessary to update NPrinting at the same time to get an official supported version or is it just a nice to have?

Of course it is important, It is critical!

You need to check which version supports the Qlik Sense version you want to upgrade to. In the past the rule was that Qlik Sense must be on the same or older than NPrinting version as only those versions were possible to be tested and certified with NPrinting.

If there is any specific SR which cannot be used or out of support it will be listed as well
