Qlik Sense filter chart in Nprinting Excel

Hello all,

in my Qlik Sense app I have fields in filter charts. My client asked that they see exactly the same layout in an Excel Nprinting Doc. I have noticed that in Nprinting the filter charts load only as images and that I can only  create a slicer of a field that is loaded in NP and preexisted in Qlik Sense.

Please advise me on how i should act.

Hi,

May 2021 is no more supported, so plan an update.

In every node of the treeview of the Designer you will see all and only the objects of the types supported by that node. For example, you will not see a Qlik Sense pivot table in the Levels because you cannot add it in that node. 

So you can add the filter chart as image or, if you want to display the applied selections in the generated reports, you can create a formula with getcurrentselections() https://help.qlik.com/en-us/sense/May2023/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/ChartFunctions/FieldFunct...

Additionally, as to @Ruggero_Piccoli point, perhaps you have added a report filter to the NPrinting report

Or you have an unsupported item like an 'always one selected value.

So check and remove these if they exist as well.
