Hi, double-check that you meet all the requirements: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/NPrinting-with-...

If it's ok, I would search on internet for: NPrinting QlikView [paste exact error message]

Hi, in this post you have a list of things to check: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting/Error-with-new-qlikview-server-connection/td-p/1401038

Check all the tread, not only the response marked as correct.

Have you tried opening the desktop client yourself from the NPrinting machine? Logged in as the NPrinting service Account? Are you able to do Open in Server..?

It could also be the QlikView welcome/setup dialogue that is causing the error. New desktop users do get a prompt asking for which language to use before they can use the QlikView  desktop client.

Also in te server, in C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\Logs there are some logs, generate the error and check the engine or webengine logs to see if there is something that gives more info about the error.

You can also change the log level to DEBUG to retrieve more info. Remember to set it back to INFO.
