QlikView Crashing when NPrinting Extension objects Used

Hi Experts,

I am trying to achieve On-Demand NPrinting using extension objects as mentioned in the below url

How to Use NPrinting On Demand Extensions in QlikView Documents

But when i try to drag the NPrinting extension onto QV it crashes,Did anyone face this issue?

Can some one help me on this? i am using NPrinting 16 and QV 11.2 SR7

You need to ensure that you are meeting the installation requirements to prevent this crashing. You are likely running a version of QV desktop that is not supported.

Check the installation requirements for NPrinting and NPrinting On Demand at the link below to ensure you have a supported environment.
