Report Generation Failing in Qlik Nprinting

Hi

We've executed connection successfully and execution of task also completed but in log file getting warning as mentioned below and unable to generate report.

20230725120454    Warn    The user 33acf999-a62c-4155-a56b-4d43d5d15d98 listed in task a66e379a-9030-4555-84ad-04f57ac50551 does not have permission to view one or more reports attached to the task. Report will not be published to folder
20230725120454    Warn    The user 2f083627-0d14-48fd-ba2b-726aba1fc259 is disabled. Reports will not be generated.
20230725120454    Warn    The user 5178f4ec-24c0-49ff-adbe-4d30eb88e823 is disabled. Reports will not be generated.
20230725120454    Info    Plan branch execution completed

Please help in generating the nprinting report.

Some quick tips to get this working.

1. Go to the NP web console > Security roles > enable the 'user' role if it is not enabled.

2. Then check "Admin">'Users' and ensure that the users you want to distribute reports to are actually selected as 'enabled'

These tips should get you closer to your report distribution requirement but I also encourage you to do the recommended training as well.

Absolutely agree with @Frank_S  regarding training - that is "the must".

Also - if you have section access in Qlik Sense app and you are using section access in NPrinting then you need to ensure that all users have their NPrinting user profiles setup with domain accounts.

2.  In Admin, Users are selected as enabled

Hi @Sri_Bhuvana,

• Are those users enabled in Task-->Users/Groups?
• Do you have section access as I mentioned before? If Yes:
  • Do users have their domain account populated?
  • Do all users have access to Qlik Sense app?
    • Is the app published
    • Are the sheets used in app a base sheets (note that personal sheets cannot be accessed by others so if section access is used then NPrinting isn;t able to access personal sheets when impersonating user.
