Hi,
I've made upgrade from Qlik NPrinting April 2020 to June 2020. I've installed Server and Engine installation files with no errors. I've turned of service before each installation and restarted the machine after Server installation. I also started to install On Demand for June 2020 but I think it's a QlikView product and I got error that I'm missing some QlikView program so I skipped it.
After Installation I wanted to check if everything works but my SSO (Azure SAML metadata file) is not working properly. I can log with SSO to Web Console but whenever I change tab I get thrown out and there is a message: "You must be logged in to access this part of the application." In NewsStand I can't even log in initially I get same message straight away.
I've checked the logs but nothing comes up when I try to login or when I'm thrown out. I'm able to login using email and password but not with SSO.
What can be a problem? Is it because I've started to instal On Demand? What can I check?
PS. If I want to jump from April to September can I install September straight away or should I go one by one? (April -> June -> September)
I've installed the next version and it works fine. I guess installation was faulty or there is some issue with June 2020.
Hi,
About SAML be sure that your installation fills all the requirements listed in the help site https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/November2020/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/SAML.htm.
The upgrade jumps are documented in the Release Notes. with recent versions you can skip the versions among and just upgrade to latest. The installation process will do all the needed upgrades.

Ruggero
I've checked and nothing changed for SAML between versions April 2020 and June 2020. And it worked fine before. Nothing beside upgrade was changed.
Hi,
Thanks. At this point I suggest you to open a support ticket with a link to this conversation.
