From your error info, not the attachment is failing, the report is actually not generated.
Can you check whether all your filter works, or anything wrong to generate the report?

I didnt use any filters, it worked for the last two weeks , now it is not working

Are you in nprinting for Qlikview or Qliksense?
What is the detail log info from nprinting?
Can you manually run the report now? Pls try to manually run your task and see whether can duplicate the error.
Is there any macro used in your dash?
Did you just try to use the option preview? Maybe you also have there an error. Do you have any constrains on the Qlik objects? GetPossibleCount? This can also be a problem
