You must have a successfully deployed and working NPrinting server to connect to and have the NPrinting designer software installed on your computer to perform the tasks in the video found in the Qlik Help page above.

If you need just some information from the pivot table, then you can copy the pivot table and convert it to a straight table.

Once you have the straight table configured, then reload the NPrinting connection to the source QVW or QVF.

You will then be able to access the new table in the NPrinting Designer and pick and choose the fields you want to export.
