Table of Content not arrange properly

Dear All,

I am creating on pdf document on the Nprinting.

But my Table of content not arrange properly for the three sections

1. I am reading table of contents from the field.

2. In Nprinting report i have three sections.

Ex:-

Stage Level1

Stage Level2

Stage Level3

But it display only three Stage Level1 rather than each levels. I attached the sample template.
