Timezone DST (Daylight saving time)

I am from Chile, recently the country has changed the time zone from UTC-4 to UTC-3 (Daylight saving time). The operating system changed the time as expected, however NPrinting continues to act as if the time zone were UTC-4 without applying the daylight saving time, since NPrinting reads the time zone? How is it updated in NPrinting ?.

Which version of Qlik NPrinting are you using?

Is this still an issue?

There may be a database change that is needed in order to update the timezone.

Are you able to create a case on the Support Portal so our support team can investigate?
