I am unable to remove existing recipients from the cc.
Please find attached screen shots for your better understanding.
If you have NP admin access, go to your publish task and remove the email addresses from the cc field.

I have an admin access but, in the publish task section, nothing visible to delete in the cc field.
but
after email received, we observe in inbox the cc field same name duplicates seven time.

Is this the only Nprinting server you have ever had? Have you done any migrations from other servers maybe and the old ones can be still active or enabled? Or maybe old server got rebooted and services started?
or maybe you are just looking at wrong task?
