Unable to find any filters/fields in the available items for a user

I added a user 'xyz' in the Users tab and am able to generate emails successfully to the corresponding users. However, am trying to test out filters so that I can distiribute filtered information to the user 'xyz'. I am looking for a field called employee so that I can filter down an employees information before sending an email to 'xyz'. Any suggestions as to how add filter here ? Am using nprinting 17.3.1 and qliksense 3.1

I  missed entering one of the required fields in the users tab -password. fixed.
