Unable to login with new url

Dear all,

today we installed the ssl certificates in order to use HTTPS insteal HTTP, then we created the alias in the dns according with the certificates; so, to connect to the console we passed from http://SERVERNAME:4993/#/dashboard to https://ALIAS.DOMAINNAME:4993/#/dashboard and we're able to reach the login page but for some reasons the authentication doesn't work, seems the user/password is not recognized and NPrinting did not log me into.

If i use the old url it works, with the new not... 

Any suggestion?

Check the following to ensure

1. You have accurately configured your certificate (remember that it is critical to remove the password from the certificate (see step 2)

2. Ensure you follow the instructions to accurately configure the web and newsstand conf files
