Upgrade of qlikview not connected to Nprinting.

Hi. I upgrade a QlikView Server to new versión and now Nprinting doesn't connect to QlikView Folders when I make a conexion to apps, when I verify the  conexion the message error is Qlik View service doesn't work.

What are the versions of qlikview and Nprinting?

Both need to be at the same version to work correctly.

I would just clarify what @VBD said and add to it that you need to check compatibility of the NPrinting version for the version you are using. Those are links for currently supported NPritning versions:

or archived versions:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/archive just pick your version of NPrinting and check form the list and check compatibility by finding the same system requirements for your version.

There are very much 2 things which must happen:

  1. you need to make sure you also upgraded QlikView Desktop client on NPrinting server as that MUST be on the same version as your server
  2. you will likely have to upgrade your NPrinting to supported/compatible version too.
