Upgrading from June 2019 to Februari 2021

Hello!

We are due to upgrade from June 2019 (19.19.4.0) to Februari 2021 release in May.

I found:

There are features available in QlikView NPrinting 16 that are not supported in Qlik NPrinting November 2019. These features are not migrated:

• FTP destinations
• Pretty good privacy (PGP) encryption
• Send to printer
• Test tasks
• Attach external files to email
• Unsupported output formats (.docm, .pptm)
• Compressed generated reports
• Importing external HTML files into email bodies
• Linked fields

How should I interpret this, as the functions still will be there and the publish tasks using "

"

Will not be migrated?

Or that the functions will not be avalible and the content using them will not be migrated?

Currently the below are being used:

• Test tasks
• Attach external files to email
• Compressed generated reports
• Importing external HTML files into email bodies

Hi I suggest to start by stating facts:

• your title says: Upgrading From June 2019 to February 2021
• then you bringing up help page about migration from NPrinitng 16 - which is completely different tool and has nothing to do with the actual upgrade

Migration from version 16 to NPrinitng 17+ is completly different thing to upgrading version June 2019 to Feb.20212

That being said if you are upgrading from  June 19 to Feb 21 all functionalities will work!!!
