Short answer: no.
Emails are not delivered by Qlik NPrinting, they are delivered by the configured SMTP server. So you should check on the SMTP server features if you can see how many people open the reports, what you have to do to enable this feature etc.
Qlik NPrinting doesn't have, at the moment, any users activity monitoring feature. For example, you cannot monitor if and when a user logs in.
