User losing roles

Hello
we have NPRINTING version 21.0.0.0 (February 2021)
there is a user that I gave him Administrator role
however every week this user loses his role and I have to assign him again and again
any clue on this issue?

Ensure

• you don't have another separate NP import task that 'might' be overwriting your work.
• User information will be overwritten if you have the import task set to 'update' or 'replace' users and roles etc.

Suggest that you perform tests in a test environment before deploying your tested solutions to production (if possible).

@Lech_Miszkiewicz I believe you are correct, this is likely because the other users were created manually, not imported.
