Hi Team,
As per my existing environment/setup I have created few users and admins and created a public task and distributed emails.
It ignored all users and only admins got the emails and Have enabled destination correctly.
Is it a nprinting limitation to send only admins as in TO address?
Or is there any work around for the same ?

Hi,
You forgot to assign a role to the users that are not administrators. Check the Roles tab in each user profile and be sure to had assign at least one Security Role with the right privileges based on your policies.

Apart form what @Ruggero_Piccoli said - If you applied "User" role to users make sure that Role in Enabled under Roles in Admin console. By default that role is disabled.
You would also get information about that in task execution preview.
