Using Office 365 for email encryption
I'm curious if anyone sends email from NPrinting using Office 365 as the mail server, with encryption enabled in Office 365 to protect the email and any attachments. I need to send sensitive data in attachments to recipients who are external to my organization. It's not clear to me if 365 will encrypt the email from end to end, starting at NPrinting. It seems like it would, but it would be great to hear if anyone has figured this out. Thank you.

Hi @Lauri
NPrinting server is similar in SMTP configuration to other email clients like MS outlook, thunderbird, lotus notes etc.
Further specific to NPrinting server, we do not have built in capability to directly 'encrypt' emails.
However we do provide the ability to password protect reports if you some form of report security.
For more information see:
Kind regards.
