Variable in Nprint16.2 html txt

in the email message i am using html Text and i am trying to refer to a few variables in the body, which has been added in the html report already, and i am using the below format, but i am not getting the value of the variable, instead i am getting as it is. any idea? thanks

Hi,

How are you adding the variables into the email body? Looks like the format is incorrect as it should be prefixed with Variable_<connection name> etc. These are the steps to add a QlikView variable into the email body:

thanks, the way I input variable was wrong.
