Hi, NPrinting is used to distribute reports, it can have a lot of different use cases, a common use is send a monthly, weekly or daily report to the commercial force with his own data, what has been done and whats need to be done to achieve goals.

It can be also used to send reports to associates, customers, vendors, management...
