What is the latest status regarding Qlikview 12.5 and NPrinting Compatibility?

I have read the community note from Sep 2020 that advises that QlikView 12.5 is not compatible with NPrinting, but is there a an update on this.  WE are currently looking at which version to update to but client has NPrinting.   Can they still upgrade to 12.5 or will they have to upgrade to 12.4

here you have one of them which relates to versions of QlikView - note that for other versions of NPrinting this information may be different so you have to choose version from dropdown:
