Why is there a Delay in content resolution

Hey Experts,

Why do we see a delay in starting content preparation ?

Eg -  Task trigger run on "Created August 29, 2019 4:21 PM"

If you see the logs Start time is : "August 29, 2019 4:27:30 PM"

What are your thoughts ?

Hi,

The Qlik NPrinting Scheduler creates the execution plan and starts to run the task when there are available resources. Maybe you had another task running at that time.

How the Scheduler organizes the workload is optimized and internal.

There are no other tasks running currently.

But still, it took 5 minutes for the task to start.  Sharing screenshots for your reference.

I am an Admin all the tasks are visible.

Hi,

If there are not other tasks running at the same time and this happens every time I suggest you to open a support ticket. Include a link to this conversation, complete log files, the version of the installed Qlik NPrinting and the steps to reproduce.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
