Hi, does the end of support for NPrinting 16 on March 31 mean our existing NPrinting 16 applications and jobs will be disabled at that time? Or is it just that we won't receive further updates or customer support for NPrinting 16? I just want to know if I can keep chugging along with NP16 until some later convenient time like a server migration. I haven't needed any technical help for NP16 in years and was actually warned off NP17 and didn't know an NP19 existed. So... can I just keep rolling with NP16 until something breaks or I have some other reason to uninstall/reinstall? I completely understand that step 1 of any Qlik Support call is 'update to the latest version' and can cross that bridge if we come to it. I just want to confirm Qlik isn't going to actively reach out and shutdown my nprinting 16 stuff. (That's the sort of jerk thig Microsoft and Apple would do, but hopeful Qlik wouldn't do that.) Thanks and sorry if I was a little redundant there - the answer will determine how I spend my March. 🙂

NPrinting 16 will continues to work also after the end of support. No upates will be provided for this versions and the Qlik support team may not been able to help in case any problems is raised.
For these reasons, it is necessary that all customers working with NPrinting 16 start to migrate to the latest version as soon as possible. Kindly contact your Qlik account owner if you have any questions or if you need help to migrate.
