Error the remote certificate is not valid Qlik Nprinting September 2018
Good afternoon everyone
I need your help
I'm having problems with sending reports. Users can not receive reports to their emails. shows error message that the remote certificate is not valid according to the validation procedure. verify the expiration of the certificates and apparently they have not expired they are still active. also make a proof of delivery and at the stand of nprinting there if you can see the report that is to send but does not reach the destination of the mail.
please I need your help and tell me what is to be done and how to make this solution
I remain attentive to your comments
Thank you

Hi,
That is a response received from your SMTP server. You can Google the error message for more information. I suggest that you involve your SMTP Server Administrator to troubleshoot.
Test suggestion:
- In the NPrinting Console go to - Admin > Settings > Email
- Set the Default sender email & Test email address values as appropriate
- Experiment with different settings (especially Disable certificate validation etc.)
- Run tests by clicking Send test email
